Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Poker Decision Lab does not collect personal data. All gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Because no personal data is collected, there is no account to manage and no data to request deletion of from us. You can delete all local data at any time through the App's Settings screen.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POKER DECISION LAB LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Poker Decision Lab is a poker strategy training tool and does not guarantee specific results or improvements in real-world poker performance.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POKER DECISION LAB LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

POKER DECISION LAB LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be downloaded and installed through the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which POKER DECISION LAB LTD is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this EULA that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
